Privacy policy
How this website and CERTICONS LLC handle the data you send us. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by CERTICONS LLC ("we"), the maker of CertiReport. You can reach us at info@certicons.com.
What we collect
- Contact and quote forms: the name, e-mail address, company, phone number, the number of SAP Business One companies and database platform you select, and the message you enter. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare an offer. They are sent to us by e-mail and stored in our mailbox and customer records.
- Licence requests: when you order, the licence request prepared by CertiReport contains the Hardware ID of your server, its host name, the product version and the number of companies. We use them to issue the key and keep them with the order.
- Server logs: our web host records the IP address, requested page, browser type and time of each request for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.
- Analytics: if we enable a web analytics service, we use it to understand which pages are read. We prefer services that do not use cookies; where consent is legally required, we ask for it before loading the service.
What CertiReport itself sends us
Nothing. CertiReport runs on your server and does not transmit configuration, credentials, report content, recipients or SAP Business One data to CERTICONS. Licence keys are verified offline against a public key embedded in the product. The verification page for certified PDFs is served by your own portal at your own address; files a recipient uploads there are hashed on your server and not stored.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing e-mail unless you asked for it.
How long we keep it
Requests, offers and licence records are kept as long as needed to handle them, to support the licence and to meet commercial record-keeping obligations. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser sends its request to Google when it fetches them. Our web hosting provider processes the server logs on our behalf.
